We manufacture stockinette to cook the raw ingredients for black puddings

Our stockinette bags are used to contain the raw barley whilst it is cooked.

The bags have the desired qualities required and the ability to expand whilst the barley is boiled.

Once cooked, other ingredients are later added to make the finished black pudding product.

The end product is then packed and hung inside the stockinette bags ready for resale.
